TEACHING

Knowledge exchange has always been a core part of my practice, whether it be through workshop facilitating to line-managing and coaching. I started teaching in 2006, delivering drama workshops in conservatoire, school, community and university contexts. I have supported others’ career development by having interns as a freelance producer, and mentoring a number of emerging producers and artists along the years. I was course leader for the short-course Business Bootcamp at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London 2012-2014, and have intervened as guest lecturer in a number of high education contexts.

I can run workshops and deliver lectures tackling the following areas of cultural management: finances, budgets and fundraising; audience development and inclusion; access and diversity in processes; artists development and project management; strategic planning and evaluation.

I tailor all my interventions to meet the needs and interests of learners, and to enable exchanges which value the existing skills and experience already in the room. I also offer my services as a consultant and mentor for artists, individuals and organisations.
